Mode of Delivery

Our degree programs are built on a modular system; each subject/module is a stand-alone and takes three to four weeks to complete a module. This does not only allow the school to enroll new participants on a regular basis, but it also gives new participants the opportunity to

enter into an existing class of well-adjusted, student that are familiar with the academy's expectations and corporate behavior.

Laptops

Upon enrollment each student is given a brand new top of the range laptop. All your course work will be loaded to the laptop. It's compulsory for students to attend classes with there laptop because all classes are conducted using multi-media power-point presentations. The school emphasizes on less paperwork and focuses on digital work.

Study Groups

Every MBA student becomes a member of a Study Group. We have found that the Study Group concept helps students learn more ... and learn more efficiently. The variety of disciplines represented in each Group, the constant give-and-take, the trading of experience and information, and the high-octane brain power combine to form a profound learning experience.

The group will be assembled based on the PERSONALITY TEST results with an eye to including a specific mix of backgrounds and expertise. Your study group truly acts as your JOHARI WINDOW, a setting which will make you discover your understanding, test your own ideas and other people's, learn new ways of attacking a problem, and build close friendships

Classroom Environment

The SMA classroom setup is designed to a capacity of 16 students and feels as intimate as a seminar. Our distinctive and elegant boardroom styled classrooms also offers the latest in educational technology, from an unlimited wireless Internet access to web-conferencing. Small classes foster an active interchange and encourage development of ideas. It allows our faculty to provide students with individual attention. Our facilities extend and magnify the quality of the classroom experience
