SMA Admission Process for MBA (Master of Business Administration)

Students seeking admission to the Masters program should hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized educational institution. If you do not hold a University degree, then entry is via regulation (b) "Admission with Equivalent Status" or AES ( i.e. being of the same status as a graduate). This avenue is usually interpreted as having the equivalent of three years successful tertiary study. We will consider completed non-degree qualifications such as diplomas, professional qualifications and other tertiary-level achievements. All MBA candidates must have a sound command of the English Language, spoken and written.

All candidates must have appropriate working experience (around three years or more) to fully participate in, and contribute to, the MBA learning process. As much as 40% of your learning will be from other class members so it is important that you have a significant experiential contribution to make. The final decision concerning the acceptance into the MBA program rests with the admission board of SMA Swiss Management Academy.
