  BBA : FINANCE MAJOR

Students graduating from SMA with a bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance (BBA-FIN) may work for large corporations or for small groups of people.  However, the expertise needed to excel in finance remains the same – a deep understanding of financial theory, planning and analysis as well as the ability to think strategically.  SMA BBA Finance students gain these skills and more.  With extensive course work in economics, finance, investments and credit analysis, students are well prepared for careers as bank branch managers, stockbrokers, underwriters, financial planners and financial analysts.

SMA's reputation for excellence in business education creates additional professional opportunities for students as well. SMA and Corporate companies have established a unique educational initiative that provides students with internships in the banking industry. Students emerge from this program ready for management and leadership roles in banking.
